Performing unreleased original compostions at the Ernest Wiehe Jazz Festival #3

Hi Every one,

Yep we are back in a completely different style, playing original songs now and exploring deeply Sega rythm and its melodic  idioms together with Jazz and  bringing forward our Mauritian contribution to World-Jazz. . Yes we are into it and thanks to Cyril Michel  Ernest Wiehe Jazz Festival Director who invited me to perform a one hour concert  as soloist  or in a trio set up   I opted for the latter  and we presented a completely new repertoire of songs on the 12th september  2014.

Trio-encore

Quite a big deal to have  these songs preformed for the first time for the Ernest Wiehe Jazz Festival and surely an honor to meet Jim Collard-the former drummer of Ernest Wiehe who performed two of my songs- Tantrum and Elegy in 1984.

A BIG Thank you to you… Jazz people who follow us and also  a big big  big thank you to the great musicians who play with me. Thank you again for the support in making Jazz stay alive in this country.
